Show 'Em Whatcha Got!

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  All participants are subject to liability risks.  All participants performing in the "Show 'Em Whatcha Got" Talent Competition audition and/or show in any capacity takes certain incumbent risks.  These include, but are not limited to sprains, pulled muscles and broken bones.  Participation in this audition and/or show indicates the acceptance of such risks by performing.  Therefore, we, the undersigned, will not hold Theresa Lavington, subsidiary and affiliated dance schools, theaters, businesses and each of their officers, directors, employees, advisors, assignee's, agents, representatives and any other person or entity associated with this Contest from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest, and participation in any Contest-related activity.  Sponsor (Theresa Lavington), is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained while participating in any activity related to the entire audition and competition.

 

PHOTOGRAPHS:  All participants will be photographed.  Photos or videos taken of you, your group, and your performance(s) at the audition and/or at the talent competition can and will be used for any and all promotional purpose (i.e.  ad promotional flyers/posters, television, Theresa Lavington/Show 'Em Watcha Got website, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, etc). 

 

CODE OF CONDUCT:  Released Parties (Show 'Em Whatcha Got Talent Contest), reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the process or operation of the Competition or Program; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the "Show 'Em Whatcha Got" web site; to be acting in violation of the Competition Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.  

 

CHANGES:  The "Show 'Em Whatcha Got" Talent Competition reserves the right, when necessary, to cancel or change the audition date, show date, location and/or any details relating to the competition/program. 
 

PRIVACY:  Any information we gather is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private for any reason.  We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources. 

 

CONSENT:  All performers that participate and compete in the "SEWG" show MUST sign this waiver/regulations form.
NOTE:  We are not responsible for any PERSONAL BELONGINGS that are left behind at the audition and/or the show.
